Job Description:
OVERVIEW
The Consultant Application Programmer, Internal Audit will be responsible for ETL (Extract, transform and Load) efforts by implementing continuous testing, blend data from multiple sources, transform as per business requirement and load them to appropriate systems to support audit work. In addition, is responsible for monitoring scheduled jobs and ensure the implemented codes and supporting platforms are up and running.
The incumbent will also be part of audit’s technology road map efforts. The objective of the project is to assess the current technology landscape for Corporate Audit and Credit Review (CACR) and design required frameworks to accomplish a more integrated technology environment.

Master’s Degree
2+ years of project management and worked closely with product owners and scrum masters
Familiarity with all informatica suite of tools, Python, PowerShell and Unix Scripting language is strongly preferred Business Acumen: Possess high level of professional business acumen.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Internal Auditing Standards. Sound knowledge of government financial regulations, accounting principles and procedures. Knowledge of Management Information Systems, terminology, concepts, and practices.
Work Ethic: Ability to consistently deliver work outcomes that reflect critical thinking, sound judgment, attention to quality and accuracy of information, timeliness of outputs, and integrity in decision-making. Possess high level of courtesy and attention to detail in giving and receiving information. Handle confidential and sensitive matters that may impact on the overall success of the Institute.
