Job Description:
Global Human Resources (GHR) Global Talent client managers help leaders shape Bank of America culture, organizations, teams and talent. The Global Talent Consultant II is a key member of the GCIB, Global Markets, Enterprise Credit, and Global Research Talent Team. They will collaborate with business and HR Leaders to develop business-specific leadership and organizational effectiveness solutions. Key areas of focus include Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. This position directly supports our most senior leaders in the Global Markets organization. Candidates with prior experience in HR or Talent Development roles supporting businesses such as Investment Banking, Capital Markets and/or Corporate Banking will be highly prioritized.
This is a critical position with responsibility for ensuring achievement of key business outcomes through the utilization of impactful and proven leadership and organization development services. The successful candidate will have a familiarity with Global Markets businesses and talent profiles, be a results-oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company and influence a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge.
