Job Description:
The Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution (ESPE) group is a core BAC business process that resides within Global Strategy and Enterprise Platforms (GSEP). The ESPE group evaluates alternative scenarios (e.g., adverse macroeconomic environments, specific shock scenarios, and others) and is responsible for analyzing how these scenarios impact the company’s projected earnings, balance sheet, capital and liquidity positions. ESPE works with business, finance, and risk leaders throughout the organization to analyze the impacts and ultimately report scenario results to senior management.
Falling under the ESPE umbrella, the ESPE Governance team defines the governance requirements for both Capital Planning and Recovery and Resolution Planning, owns the Capital Scenario Management Policy, Global Recovery and Resolution Planning Policy, and related standards and procedures, and manages the administration of the Independent Review and Challenge Committee (IRCC), which is responsible for providing management oversight and review and challenge of the Company’s capital planning process.
