National Financial Solutions Advisors (FSA) engage clients and prospective clients in goals-based conversations to provide education and guidance when they need us most – whether they are transitioning from another job, just starting out in the workforce, building a family or transitioning to retirement. Through a contact center environment, FSAs leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners to provide the full power of the Enterprise by providing Advice to help our Clients achieve their Financial Goals; solutions include investment, banking and lending. They set clear expectations to create a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship. From day one, you will receive training from our award-winning Academy at Bank of America. This program delivers hands-on practice, personalized coaching and classes that will help you become the advisor you want to be. The Academy also provides training beyond portfolios and investment strategies. You’ll learn to consider a client’s entire and complex financial picture, and then guide them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives.

We’ll help you
Further strengthen participant relationships by anticipating needs, exceeding service expectations and following through on commitments
Demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles appropriately to the individual participant’s investment needs
Consistently identify participant opportunities and engage key partners as needed
Ability to grasp and apply complex technical material quickly
Responsibly manage the end to end client experience, managing and providing financial advice to an assigned group of clients, enhancing client care, retention and deepening
Own management of client issues, research and communication of resolution
Demonstrate expert knowledge of internal and regulatory policies, procedures and processes
You’re the kind of person that (required skills)
Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)
Minimum of 1-2+ years financial advisory or investment experience
Demonstrated client management success
Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations
Superior prospecting skills
Strong computer/technological skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Bachelor's degree (business related discipline strongly preferred)
Successful experience and track record achieving sales goals

A high level of personal integrity and the ability to comply with enterprise policy and procedures
