Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring delivery of trusted, timely and secure information to support the business. Ensures compliance of enterprise data management standards and data quality and control practices for the authorized data source. Leads remediation of any data control incidents in a timely manner.
This role will serve as a quality assurance lead responsible for the design, execution and monitoring of quality assurance tests and capabilities focused on Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR). Responsibilities include the development and implementation of test plans / test scripts, engagement with various FLUs/CFs regarding NFRR reporting and adherence to the Enterprise Regulatory Reporting Policy, engagement with NFRR Technology and Operations counterparts and other key stakeholders (FLUs/CFs, Compliance, Operational Risk, etc.) to perform testing, review of QA results and the development of reporting detailing the results of executed test plans. In addition, this role will be responsible for providing internal quality assurance across the NFRR Center functions (e.g., data dictionary development and sustainability, NFRR inventory management, NFRR issue monitoring, etc.). This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining supporting materials (test scripts, process flows, playbooks, etc.) driving transparency into the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle.
Required Skills:
Global Banking and Markets (GBAM), Consumer/GWIM or Risk/Audit/Compliance business/operations experience
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance best practices
Reporting design and best practices

Process and Control Gap analysis
Detail oriented / process excellence
Experience in design, execution and monitoring of quality assurance activities
