Job Description:
The Philanthropic Client manager will be the primary point of contact for clients owning quality of client service support, working closely with and providing leadership to supporting client service team, and will be responsible for the following:
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years directly related experience.
Significant knowledge of the nonprofit sector and the legal, tax, investment and compliance aspects of philanthropic administration
Work effectively in a team environment. Institutional/Nonprofit industry and sector expertise
Strong communication and influence/collaboration skills
Effectively provides advice to nonprofits and private philanthropy clients
Builds rapport with clients and internal partners that helps drive trusted relationships and client delight
Applies operational excellence
Proactively manages problems and issues
Ability to assess business risk and escalate identified issues to partners
Growth mindset
Bachelor’s degree required
Must be able to travel up to 25%
