Job Description:
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of MRA, Issues Management and remediation. Will act as an MRA coordinator and liaison with various points of engagement in partnering and responding to internal and external partners. Facilitates cross-functional activities with project teams, centrally manage engagements inclusive of assessing and determining downstream impacts across multiple groups,& tracking, assembling evidence, and having oversight of issues related to ongoing MRA activities. In their role, the candidate must have the ability to work horizontally across varies executive levels and build strong partnerships while ensuring accuracy of all deliverables. Provide executive status reporting, issue escalation and regulator meeting preparedness.
Required and Desired Candidate Qualifications:
• 5+ year of risk management experience (Regulatory, Operational Risk, Compliance) with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to complex business situations
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and proficiency in constructing executive level presentations and status reporting
• Experience working on MRAs, Consent Orders or Regulatory Deliverables
• Self-starter, highly organized, excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
• Exhibit strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Influence horizontally and vertically across the organization and diverse audiences with varying degrees of technical understanding
