Quality Analyst - Small Business Merchant Services

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the SB Merchant Services Sales Teams. The primary functions include but are not limited to: call monitoring, facilitating business meetings, liaison between sales and other areas of the business, provide and manage associate feedback.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•              Review calls each month and consistently score questions pertaining to bank regulatory and policy expectations. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scoring

•              Leading calibration calls with business leaders, being available to provide clarity and insight into processes

•              Provide succinct and clear feedback to leaders and business partners regarding identified phone behaviors that either need to be continued or improved.

Required Skills:

•              Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills

•              Ability to work independently

•              Acts with integrity and communicates with peers, managers, and key stakeholders in an respectful and positive manner.

•              Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively and concisely present information at all levels of the organization

Desired Skills: 

•              Experience in Merchant Services Industry

•              Ability to prioritize multiple functions

•              Proficiency with Excel and Outlook

•              Bilingual Spanish
