Job Description:
Focus on new acquisition and deepening of client relationships with individuals employed by our corporate clients. This is accomplished by identifying financial needs, offering appropriate solutions and connecting clients with specialists. The CEBI client manger is a primary point of contact and a resident expert for products, services and strategies leveraged to engage with employees of our corporate clients. The CEBI client manager will prioritize their time to meet the financial needs of customers through campus engagement and outbound calling. They are also personally responsible for uncovering the banking needs of clients and further connecting them to specialists and financial solutions that align to meet those needs. Individuals report to the National Performance Team.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Required Skills:
Proven effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full customer end-to-end experience and problem resolution
Strong communication and presentation skills
Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in the financial center or call center
Strong passion for helping clients
Ability to operate in a regulatory environment, complying with all applicable laws/regulations
Self starter and goal-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Availability to work weekends and/or unconventional hours as required to support the business
Experience with outbound phone sales
Desired Skills:
Interpersonal skills with the ability to uncover the personal banking needs of customers
Building relationships over time to gain in-depth knowledge of clients’ priorities and effectively positioning additional Bank of America products and services (including core banking, home loans, auto, etc.)
Acquiring and deepening client relationships through outreach, on site events, in-person conversation and referrals to specialists
Provide clients with specific services to meet needs
Delivering a personalized and rewarding experience for clients by executing a variety of defined client engagement strategies
Leveraging available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience
Ability to travel to meet client as needed
