Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client’s live their best financial lives.
Job Description:
This position plays a key role within the Data Analytics and Reporting team within the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) line of business, partnering across RPWS. The RPWS Reporting & Data Management Analyst will execute key initiatives, develop sales measurement, and analyze business performance, enabling growth opportunity capture and analysis across client segments, products, and channels. High level responsibilities of the RPWS Reporting & Data Management analyst include Salesforce administration and maintenance of the Institutional Retirement instance of Salesforce.com (e.g. user support, data management and reporting). Interface with Sales and Product organizations to define and execute on key strategic reporting and analysis needs. Support annual sales scorecard design and goal setting processes. Manage projects and enhancements to current processes. Define and evaluate problems and plans effective solutions.
