Job Description:
The Service Delivery Consultant will provide diverse analytical, process, and project support for the design, development, and execution of Enterprise Compensation projects, initiatives, and process led by the Enterprise Compensation Process Team. Key projects may include, but are not limited to, wage management adherence, Pay Inquiry, Market processes and Year End processes.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Balance effective management of multiple projects and processes occurring simultaneously
Provide project support or take the lead on key initiatives across the broader Enterprise Compensation Process team
Develop and implement process improvements in support of SIM
Summarize/analyze data clearly and concisely to help drive fact-based decision making as part of overall project management
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-3+ years of project management experience or successful performance in a role with strong process focus
Be a demonstrated self-starter and results-oriented professional who can manage own time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences
Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Relationship Management - ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
WebEx and SharePoint proficiency
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
PowerPoint - ability to develop concise, effective presentations, including timeline/process steps for project completion
Proven analytical and data management skills.
Strong attention to detail; exercise strong quality control over own work.

Additionally, may be responsible for performing routine research and follow-up.
