Service Delivery consultant is responsible for the implementation and support of all aspects of a Global program aimed to provide extended time away at career milestones. The role requires a deep understanding of Workday, GHR data, .Net and Salesforce. This role requires proven experience leading a team to manage complex processes involving multiple internal partners in a heavily matrixed environment. Engagement with Sr. Leaders, Site HR Managers and Regional HR partners is required to deliver this program successfully. Business processes include meeting regulatory requirements at a federal, state, and local level. The role is based in Charlotte, NC.
Service Delivery Point of Contact partnering with multiple internal partners (Benefits Design, Technology, Payroll, Legal, Communications, Finance, and HR Reporting teams) to ensure processes and services are delivered flawlessly to our teammates.
Support multiple vendor relationships, monitor their process controls, identifying and ensuring proper risk mitigation routines are in place and followed.
Update Business Requirements documents execute UAT during active project phase; recommend solutions that meet program guidelines.
Support process and technical enhancements, including testing requirements, and implementation of health and insurance programs and initiatives.
Working knowledge of Workday, benefits administration, managing process enhancements, business requirements, testing requirements, and implementation of large-scale initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and implement process improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline bodies of work and re-organize team roles/responsibilities as required.
Throughout the process keeping the employee experience at the forefront of consideration through enhancements or changes
Day to Day responsibilities include:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert
Point of Contact for Design, GHR Service Center, and HR
Coordinate training for GHR SC and OUS Support teams
Work with Comms to develop Employee and Manager Guides
Report out on inquiries by LOB and trending topics
Oversee program audits
Develop controls for integration with Workday
5-7 years Benefit Administration experience; preferably in Benefits/Time Away administration.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of back-office operations
Strong technical knowledge of system data feeds, data flows, etc.
Workday or similar payroll platform experience
User acceptance testing experience, preferably HR related applications.
Strong data analysis
Ability to identify process improvements and document processes / procedures as appropriate
Individual should be self-starter and highly proficient with Microsoft Office products especially skilled in Excel
Attention to detail, adept in handling quantitative data and ability to identify end to end impact
Relationship management experience including the ability to communicate, influence and coach at the senior leader level
Ability to demonstrate facilitation, client service orientation, leadership, influence, teamwork, and collaboration
Strong oral & written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to a non-specialist audience
A team player who thinks and acts cross-functions, proactive and focused on continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience working with outsourced services
Individual Contributor who works on the successful partnership and lead of design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of complex, corporate-Wide HR product(s)/program(s) that may include Compensation, LD, Learning, Payroll, Shared Services or Staffing. May work closely with external vendors. Independently evaluates existing product or program cost, effectiveness and usage, and designs recommended improvements. Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of product functions and can operate independently in handling transactions. Strong client relationship skills used to control and coordinate all aspects of a transaction.
