Service Delivery Consultant II – Global Compensation Shared Services

Job Description:

The Service Delivery Consultant II is a critical member to the Global Pay and Compensation Services Delivery team.  This role is responsible to lead a number of key responsibilities for both US & OUS Shared Services functions.  This role is highly visible, a high impact position supporting a fast-paced organization that is navigating through a complex external environment while always ensuring best in class service. 

The position entails performing a variety of responsibilities including:

• Lead and structure work across team to meet all critical deliverables related to Single Process Inventory and Record Retention requirements in both the US (Shared Service including Compensation Service Delivery, Pay & Channels) and OUS (International Shared Services) space.
• Operationalize requirements for new initiative work.
• Optimize work in an organized and efficient manner.  
• Building strong partnerships across the Global Pay and Compensation Services Delivery teams and HR Risk & Controls.

Enterprise Role

Individual Contributor who works on the successful partnership and lead of design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of complex, corporate-Wide HR product(s)/program(s) that may include Compensation, LD, Learning, Payroll, Shared Services or Staffing. May work closely with external vendors. Independently evaluates existing product or program cost, effectiveness and usage, and designs recommended improvements. Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of product functions and can operate independently in handling transactions. Strong client relationship skills used to control and coordinate all aspects of a transaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years relevant HR, Business support, or Risk and/or audit related experience
• Experience in a Quality Assurance or oversight role
• Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing bank risk with client needs and satisfaction
• Excellent relationship and communication (e.g., verbal, written and presentation) skills
• Ability to work in a very hands-on, detailed and efficient manner
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• Strong and effectively communicate with manager, peers, and business partners
• Proven experience to lead, influence and drive work across multiple teams and regions
• Proven experience with managing group of stakeholders; ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results
• Must have ability and demonstrated experience to assimilate complex data into a results-based story and effectively present the results; including the ability to develop concise, effective Senior level presentations
• Must have strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
