Job Description Summary:
Conceptualize, design and implement fraud and/or claims prevention strategies; understand and quantify risks associated with new or proposed process or procedural changes, new products or programs, or changes in business conditions. Document and implement industry best practices; lead cross-functional initiatives within the fraud and/or claims Space. Work with internal clients to understand, quantify and balance the relationship between revenue, cost and losses (risk vs. reward) and establish communication forums with internal clients and business partners.

Required Skills**:**
Prior experience in leading policy, strategy, analytics or initiative development
Proven track record of being able to drive projects from idea to execution
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills (ability to frame a complex problem, evaluate options, and develop a plan to address)
Ability to work across organizational lines to drive results
Ability to influence effectively at executive levels
Desired Skills**:**
-Prior experience in Fraud, Authentication, or other related risk fields
-Experience in digital banking products
-Prior experience leading digital product fraud control design strategy and/or policy
Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action plan.
Exceptional program / project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive results.
Exceptional communication and influence skills
