Job Description:
The Sr. Service Delivery Consultant provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs. Leads major projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans. Associates in the Service Delivery function are responsible for Relationship Management / Account Management of a client / business area in all information technology activities. The role requires one to be a proactive and strategic business partner in an IT environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives. The relationship manager serves as a single point of contact for the client and must be capable of managing initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment. They are also the escalation point for unresolved problems, complaints and complex service requests. Key skill sets include the ability to execute a portfolio using consulting skills and conflict resolution, proactively drive innovative business solutions, and use technical, enterprise, and business knowledge to work across structures to meet customer needs. Associates in this job code do not manage people.
The Sr. Service Delivery Consultant is responsible for organizing and managing governance and oversight routines for multiple large, multi-generational, and interdependent projects and technology and non-technology change initiatives that support the Credit Assistance strategic plan. Resources will ensure the appropriate rigor, the routines, readiness, and monitoring are in place for these initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and provide the expected benefit.
The Sr. Service Delivery Consultant Role Responsibilities:
• Manage routines for change intake and prioritization
• Program governance, reporting and routines management
• Assess Program/Project Risk and Mitigation Plans
• Program and project health monitoring and reporting routines
• Manage project interdependency monitoring, analysis, and reporting
• Capability and benefit monitoring and reporting
• Capacity Planning support
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of project management support experience
Excellent project management and analytical skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Use of sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
Ability to collaborate with business, technology, and control resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

Release Management
Business Control experience
Previous Credit Assistance / Collection Services experience
Experience with business case development/business requirements/financial statements
