Job Description:
As part of the Enterprise Scenario Planning and Execution (ESPE) Climate Risk Scenario Analysis team, the candidate will support the newly developed and evolving climate program scenario analysis process for the enterprise-wide Climate Risk program. The candidate should have enthusiasm for climate risk and be highly motivated to take on new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment, while learning quickly to absorb and understand new information.

The candidate will be responsible for assessing and supervising the climate scenario analysis program progress, working on new requirements for the Bank’s key legal entities, including staying informed of new regulations and expanding requirements (e.g., new Climate Change reporting requirements) to support enterprise-wide deliverables. The candidate will be a key liaison with the Climate Risk group in Global Risk in building out the scenario analysis program. The candidate also participates in reviewing results and conducting further detailed analysis (partnering with Line of Business SMEs) of the risk for senior management.
A key requirement of the role will be to develop executive-level presentations, execute on ad-hoc priorities, and coordinate initiatives across ESPE. The position requires continuous interaction within the Lines of Business, Legal Entity committees, Risk Management, and Finance to address inquiries related to methodology and risk coverage, scenario design, and stress projections.
