Understands and works across teams on all downstream provisioning requirements for the domain. Assists with an inventory of all applications in the data flow for the domain. Supports data domain adherence to EDM Standards, including implementation and monitoring of all required transport controls and maintenance of all required metadata. Assists in remediation of data incidents.
The Tableau Developer position within the Enterprise Data Incident Management & Tool Transformation function is responsible for creating visualizations supporting Enterprise Data & Strategy Governance (EDSG) report and metric needs, as well as Front Line Units (FLUs) / Control Functions (CFs) relative to the DART application data. Designing interactive dashboards for executives and managers, with the ability to refine the information to specific FLU/CFs and Data Domain representatives in order to track and monitor progress of Enterprise Data Incidents. Data incidents are logged and managed in the DART application. DART enables the bank to centrally track, raise awareness, escalate, and drive remediation of incidents that impact data. Enterprise Data Incident Management processes and capabilities are essential to Front Line Unit / Control Function adherence to Enterprise Data Management standards. These standards establish the data management good practices FLU/CFs are to follow to help ensure data completeness, accuracy and timeliness. Data incident governance and active QA helps FLUs/CFs adhere to enterprise data management standards for logging and remediation data issues. This position is a member of the Enterprise Data Incident Management & Tool Transformation team that proactively assists FLUs/CFs and Data Domain representatives with review of logging requirements throughout the data incident remediation life cycle. The ability to create and manage visualizations and content with integrative features will greatly simplify the manual processes required today to produce needed reporting across the Enterprise.

Desired Experience
• Experience in data incident management (Data Defects, Data Enhancements, Authorized Data Source Adoption Gaps, Undocumented Lineage, Data Dictionary Interpretation, Controls Gaps, Process Gaps (Operations), Production Issues, Data Breach etc. – Capital “I” incidents. Not just data quality)
• Awareness/knowledge of Business Data Domains within the Bank of America
• Broad knowledge of Bank of America Front Line Units, Control Functions, and products
• Stakeholder management and audience awareness for executive communication
