The Trust Solutions organization is responsible for the delivery, growth and innovation of our Trust products and services. The team partners with leaders across Wealth Management, including Office of the Chief Fiduciary Executive to ensure our trust platform and experience meet the unique needs of our high-net-worth clients. The team also delivers thought leadership and engages closely with our outstanding team of Fiduciary professionals across the organization.

Job Description

As the Business Strategy & Enablement Executive you will report to the Head of Trust Solutions and be responsible for the following:

• Develop Trust business strategy content that resonates both externally and internally within all levels of the organization
• Create weekly trust-focused messaging and relevant newsletter content delivered to field
• Continual research of industry data and trends, as well as competitive landscape for Trust business
• Synthesize business intelligence and data analysis to develop concise and effective presentations
• Act as primary point of contact for speaking engagements and events, liaising with Communications, Marketing and Events partners
• Consult and partner with the Trust Solutions Executive to proactively respond to emerging needs
• Organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive routines
• Provide support for special initiatives impacting the Trust Business

Required Skills:

• Knowledge or insight of the Wealth Management and Trust businesses
• Proven ability to understand and articulate complex subjects to sophisticated audiences, and simplify material as necessary for broader audiences
• Strong writing, editing and project management skills
• Ability to think/act both strategically and tactically
• Motivated self-starter who is able to proactively offer ideas and strategies and make decisions, not just execute on what is asked
• Ability to navigate and exert influence in a highly matrixed environment and connect the dots
• Must be a dedicated team player comfortable working in a large, complex organization
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues in many locations and manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to build relationships and demonstrate leadership across the unique needs of various business partners
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple partners
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, and/or Economics
• Highly organized and efficient individual possessing the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail/accuracy
