    Position summary

    Workforce Management Lead
    Whippany, NJ

    As a Barclays Workforce Management Lead, you will be managing the reporting and analysis that supports AML/Financial Crimes on both a strategic and ad hoc basis.  You will also be assisting in managing systemic processes relating to the implementation and maintenance of strategies and functionality in control systems supporting Financial Crimes.

    What will you be doing?

    •    Developing and automating MI that supports Financial Crime/AML operations 
    •    Analysing and identifying trends by using underlying Data assets to identify risks, themes and trends with production units. 
    •    Performing analysis on extracted data to guide Operational areas and Fin Crime team with a focus on Risk Control
    •    Supporting Ad hoc queries from Fin Crime Leadership and in support of internal / external audits
    •    Documenting and supporting controls and processes 
    •    Developing and analysing of data to facilitate volume forecasting and business needs

    What we’re looking for:

    •    BS in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred 
    •    Three to five years’ experience in a Data or Computer Science role 
    •    Knowledge of critical data elements and governance  
    •    Experience utilizing Data Science tools- Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Qliksense, etc 

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    •    Proven ability to manage large data sets and MI reporting 
    •    Data visualization experience via Tableau, Python, SAS 
    •    Experience utilizing Data Science tools- Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Qliksense, etc
