Customer Service Representative
As a Barclays Customer Service Representative, you will be delivering the highest standards of customer service and creating exceptional experiences. You will be listening and establishing rapport with our customers – answering a range of inbound questions and delivering accurate, timely service. Our customers are at the forefront of everything we do and ensuring customers' concerns are addressed is vital to the success of Barclays. When you’ll work:
The call center is a 24/7 operation. Our organization works to offer a variety of weekly shifts, including non-standard business hours and/or weekends.

• Receiving inbound phone calls from customers and servicing their needs effectively and efficiently
• Listening and establishing rapport with our customers
• Understanding and analyzing customer needs while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies
What we’re looking for:
• 1 years’ experience in a customer service or call center role
• Verbal and written communications skills
• Determined and customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of accuracy and responsiveness
• Proficient with internet skills with excellent organization and work prioritization skills
• Knowledge in Banking or credit card experience
Where will you be working?
We offer a remote working model in which you will enjoy the benefits of working from home while also being able to collaborate and connect with colleagues in a virtual office setting. Specifically, we are seeking candidates who would commute within a 30-mile radius of our Hamilton, OH offices.
