    We are seeking an enthusiastic EMEA Marketing Lead to champion our innovative product for ISC: Intermittent Self-Catheterization, as part of our Homecare team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional launch preparation, accelerating post-launch activities, and building on our current portfolio to achieve growth targets. You will work closely with local teams to develop and implement the optimal go-to-market strategy, manage the execution of the ISC marketing plan, ensure product reimbursement and registration information is readily available and completed in a timely manner, and measure all activities to recommend improvements for enhanced commercial effectiveness.

    As our EMEA Marketing Lead, you will be a key player in the development of healthcare professional and patient communication strategies, working closely with the MarCom Centre of Excellence to create compelling campaigns across multiple channels. The successfull candidate will lead market research and insights, generate evidence, manage campaigns, build customer relationships, develop go-to-market strategies and tactics, manage pricing, and oversee budget responsibility.

    Qualifications:

    We are looking for an experienced EMEA Marketing Lead with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field. An MBA is preferred. You should have at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, and experience in retention marketing and product launches. You should have a strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing, and the ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities. Fluency in English is a must, and additional language(s) are a plus.
