    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Our Customer Service Organization is supporting hospitals, laboratories, operating theatres and B2B customers in the Benelux region. As part of a dynamic team, you and your colleagues will be responsible for managing daily customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations with internal and external customers.

    KEY RESPONSABILITIES

    You are the first point of contact for our customer and will answer calls and emails in Dutch, French and English. You will provide information concerning orders, stock levels of our products, statuses of deliveries etc. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and experience. You create solutions that your customers value.

    You will collaborate with our Interventional Sales Organization and therefore it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and that you act as a strong team player. You will tackle delivery blocks and blocked orders in collaboration with our Order Entry team and you will support our customers in case of stock disruptions.

    You do not need a medical background for this role but the willingness to learn what the products are used for will certainly help you understand the urgency of certain demands and will probably make your job even more meaningful!

    Requirements:

    • You have a commercial attitude; the customer is your priority!

    • You have a commercial and pro-active mindset and you take initiative

    • You have experience in working in a large and complex B2B environment

    • You love to support process improvement opportunities which result in efficiency

    • You enjoy a variety of administrative tasks

    • You can handle a certain level of complexity

    • You speak fluently Dutch, French and English
