As Planned Maintenance Technician you will take ownership of all aspects related to PPM and TPM, coordinating maintenance activities, liaising with manufacturing, engineering and PM stores. Working in conjunction with the other Maintenance Planners, provide feedback to aid continuous improvements to existing manufacturing equipment and PM processes to improve efficiencies and productivity. Working with the appropriate Team Leaders, you will be responsible for the management of the PM across all shifts for your respective area. You will be responsible for shutdown planning of maintenance resources and materials for your respective area.
As a Planned Maintenance Technician you will:
The successful candidate will have minimum qualification in ONC in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or a demonstrated capability with O’ Level in Mathematics or equivalent. Held a technical role within a production environment. You will have experience in a related plant maintenance environment, ideally maintenance activities related to production equipment within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Having knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures, ideally SAP R/3 is essential together with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
