Brand Manager Premium  

The following position is open in Madrid, Spain.

“Lead the development and growth of a brand/s within the Spanish market with a particular focus on gaining brand power and sustainably grow value share”

Role Responsibilities

1. Ensure leadership of its brands within category while improving brand Power growth parameters (Meaningful, Difference).
2. Ensure P&L targets accomplishment
3. Gain sustainably scale of new brands/variants generating desire ahead of distribution
4. Set annual and long term vision and align with key local & international stakeholders
5. Manage brand investments on the category
6. Develop and train a Brand ambassador team
7. Collaborate with international / global teams to leverage best practices, share knowledge and reporting
8. Develop and maintain a relationship with key internal partners (MK, research, Trade MK, Commercial, Finance, logistic, LT, etc.) and also external stakeholders (agencies, wholesalers, clients, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

1. Masters University on social sciences (Marketing, business administration, etc,)
2. 7 years of experience on different marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
3. Brand management & specialist functions expertise/close collaboration (research, Media, Digital, PR)
4. Fluent in English and Spanish, able to lead sr. stakeholders.

1. Professionally grown up in marketing school company (top FMCGs)
2. Experience in developing and implementing premium brands strategies
3. Strategic thinker with ability to turn data analysis into business driving actions.
4. Flawless communication skills in writing, meetings and presentations.
5. Self-starter, flexible, comfortable working in unstructured environment, great motivator and influencer leader able to manage multiple priorities and projects effortlessly.
