Crew Leader
The following position is open in Jalisco, Mexico.

Supervise that the activities on the premises are carried out correctly, according to standards and / or procedures.
Care and supervision of assets such as machinery and implements.
Role Responsibilities
Supervise that the activities on the premises are carried out correctly, according to standards and / or procedures.
Give the safety talk before starting the activities.
Fill in the forms required by the activity.
Comply with the weekly plan
Ensure the staff has the Personal Protective Equipment, complete and in good condition.
Make sure not to leave food residues on the premises.
Care and supervision of assets such as machinery and implements.
Supervise, monitor and manage the properties from the plantation to La Jima.
If you have a vehicle under your care, you must keep it in good condition and the log updated.
Attend assigned training programs and work meetings.
Carry out the card according to the detections of Abnormalities.
Carry out all those activities related to the work that are entrusted to him.
Follows and improves all EHS procedures and supports other team members to do the same. (Maintains and improves the 5Ss system) and ensures its contribution in the performance levels vs. objectives of the plant (SQPDCME).
Before any CAPA Document assigned to the area or personally, provide timely attention to the assigned activities to achieve its closure without undue delay.
