    Role Responsibilities

    Description

    The IT-Sales Business Analyst must be an analytical, problem solving, solution-oriented individual who will be a member of the Sales and Marketing IT team.  The person will work cross-functionally, including with Sales, Sales Planning and Operations, Salesforce Architects, Enterprise Architects, Security and external partners.  They will be responsible for helping to document business requirements, building technical specs, drafting communication, managing request backlogs and creating presentations for the IT-Sales team.

    Overview/Responsibilities

    • The role will support the US IT-Sales team, but may expand Mexico and Canada as system capabilities expand
    • Capture new requirements, work with our support and development teams to prioritize and successfully deliver initiatives
    • Working with departments on change requests to ensure changes align with business processes and don’t introduce new issues
    • Help develop change management process to support new projects and functionality
    • Develop and maintain system documentation
    • Collaborate with Sales application support group to investigate and implement solutions to identified issues
    • Manage application backlog of issues/bug fixes, and feature releases via rotation with other Application
    • Provide high level user support and work to drive adoption by users
    • Provide ongoing training for users as well as updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
    • Able to guide IT functional teams and business sharing best practices for building processes and solutions
    • Drive adoption through communication and training (one on one, group, webinars)
    • Utilize project management best practices to track work priorities, communicate updates and complete responsibilities in a timely manner
    • Compile and communicate adoption metrics monthly
    • Document user stories/acceptance criteria

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Language: Fluent in English, Spanish preferred.  
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar degree
    • Certifications: Business Analyst (IIBA, PMI, etc) preferred
    • Years of Experience: 2-3 years of working as a Business Analyst within Corporate IT environment
    • Level of experience: Experienced Business Analyst
    • Enterprise Tool Experience: Salesforce.com, Service Now, Jira, preferred
    • Industry Experience: CPG, Sales and/or eCommerce preferable but not required
    • Project Management and Agile (SCRUM) experience a plus
    • Travel less than 10% (if any)
