Role Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, develop and document business requirements from different business stakeholders including Global Digital Marketing and Global Brand teams
• Work with Consumer Engagement team, which utilizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and Service Cloud), as well as end-users to create and manage any complex workflow rules, data validation, and email journey deployments where applies
• Liaison and work closely with technical teams for features requiring custom development and technical changes
• Responsible for ongoing enhancements, operations, and maintenance of internal applications Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud including configurations for out of box features
• Work with Brand Teams to enable processes and features for segmentation required to enable email campaigns and other engagement activations
• Configure and customize an evolving Salesforce environment. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management (including integrations)
• Ensures proper security models are in place and maintained for data access
• Working with departments on change requests to ensure changes align with business processes and don’t introduce new issues
• Manage Salesforce system issues/bug fixes and feature releases collaborating with other Application Administrators
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations, including management of Data Extensions and Business Units
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud configuration including templates, queue definitions, agent dashboard and report, Omnichannel, case routing workflows, etc
• Work with cross-functional teams on Salesforce integration opportunities
• Provide ongoing training for Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud users. Provide updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics team to ensure SQL queries and data extracts are configured and running properly for Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation
• Daily administration and support of Salesforce.com including but not limited to managing users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations
• Able to guide IT functional teams and business sharing best practices for building processes and solutions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Perform basic administration of Salesforce.com instance and manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users

Collaborate with the Salesforce support group to investigate and implement solutions to identified issues

• As our data needs grow ensure data integrity by merging duplicate records, performing regular de-duping cleanup procedures, and managing auto-merge functionality
• Data imports, exports, applying data patches and analyzing/cleansing files from business
• Develop and maintain system documentation in JIRA and Confluence
• Drive adoption through communication and training (one on one, group, webinars)

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors in Information Systems or similar degree
• Certifications: Salesforce Administration (required) and Salesforce Advance Administration (nice to have)
• Years of experience: 3-5 years of working with Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud (Required)
• Years of experience: 1-3 years of working with Salesforce.com Service Cloud (nice to have)
• Level of experience: Experienced Salesforce Administrator
• Industry experience: CPG and Digital Marketing preferable but not required
• Business Analysis experience is a plus
• Project Management experience a plus
• Strong leadership, relationship management, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are also required experience in delivering and/or working in Salesforce project using Agile is highly preferred.
• Travel less than 10% (if any)

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 along with an annual bonus, 401k match, profit sharing and health & wellness benefits.  Salary range is commensurate with candidate’s experience, skill set and location.
