Procure-to-Pay Lead - Procurement Services

The Procure-to-Pay Lead - Procurement Services role ensures effective procure to pay operating procedures, purchase order processing, pricing management, travel and entertainment services, and execution of other Procurement Buying Channels (ie – eCatalogs, corporate cards). The Procurement Services Lead continually seeks ways to improve efficiency and identify value opportunities, leveraging team metrics to drive performance and partnering with international peers to standardize global processes. This position is pivotal in procure-to-pay (PTP) management processes, including participation and leadership of key projects. This role reports to the Procure to Pay Manager and collaborates with other leaders to identify process defects, drive implementation efforts, and work cross-functionally to support end-to-end continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities
Direct high-performance teams in Beam Suntory procure-to-pay operating procedures and creative business solutions to include purchase order processing, pricing management, travel & entertainment services, expense report audits, and other various procure-to-pay responsibilities
Set priorities for the team including specific goals and performance targets to achieve objectives
Drive efficiency gains and ensure high quality of customer service and process controls
Initiate and implement business plans to enhance processes and support North America growth objectives
Maintain, develop, and execute best practice acumen in procure-to-pay workstreams
Highlight potential compliance or financial risk in corporate card and employee reimbursement requests
Support GBS efforts in cross-functional initiatives across the SAP product life cycle and procurement buy channels
Advise and counsel on SAP Procurement master data process and workflows (purchase orders, pricing, info records)
Liaise with Materials Management and Procurement functions to ensure policy compliance and data governance
Leverage and enhance data analytics to drive compliance and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams to resolve end-to-end issues
Accelerate automation initiatives through coordination with IT and peer leaders
Cultivate diverse and inclusive environment to foster long term success
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent focused in Finance or Operations
Prior experience leading and developing team members
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success with SAP supply chain and procure to pay processes
Technical aptitude in SAP Concur administration and management of corporate Travel and Entertainment programs
Excellent business acumen and solid presentation skills
Proven track record working with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Office capabilities
Preferred
Technical capabilities in SAP procurement master data
Experience promoting change in a shared services organization
Beverage or spirits industry experience
