QM Specialist

- Business continuity in terms of production delivered & following of Quality assurance
- Professional growth in the implementation and evaluation of quality systems to produce agave in field
- Increase skills for implementation in a lean manufacturing system for field
Role Responsibilities
- Audit phytosanitary conditions in agave production
- Prepare weekly reports of findings in agave production for corrective actions
- Audit Quality process in agave production (Throughput)
- Coordinate plans for agave Quality Maintenance
- Training crew of agave production for Quality maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
Education- Agricultural Engineer or similar
Certifications/Licensure- P_lant breeding, plant protection, parasitology, agricultural production systems_
Years of experience- 3 years
