    Role Responsibilities

    El Manager Territorial es el líder de estrategia comercial y máximo responsable de los recursos y resultados comerciales de su unidad de negocio.  

    La posición es el máximo exponente de la creación y desarrollo de negocio sostenible de las marcas de Beam Suntory. En este sentido, este rol es crítico en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de fuertes y sólidas estrategias de colaboración comercial con los actores clave de la Ruta al Mercado (Go To Market)  en el territorio, que permitirán el cumplimiento de los objetivos a corto y largo plazo de Beam Suntory y de nuestros clientes.

    Tiene una responsabilidad de gestión sobre los ingresos netos (incluyendo la gestión de Selling Cost y A&P) y sobre la cuenta de resultados de su territorio para conseguir los objetivos de la compañía.

    Esta posición reporta al Director Comercial de On Trade y es miembro del Foro Lideres Comerciales (FLC).

    A este puesto le reportan:

    • El/los Gestores Comerciales Core, Gestores Comerciales Premium, Gestores de Hostelería Mixtos.
    • El/los Key Account Regionales (KAR), que gestionan las cuentas regionales de mayoristas distribuidores de Indirecto.
    • El/los Coordinadores de HD / HI.
    • El/los Ejecutivo de Trade Marketing para el territorio (TME). (funcionalmente).

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Profundo conocimiento del Mercado de spirits y los canales asociados.
    • Conocimiento de la Estrategia Comercial de la Compañía.
    • Dominio de las marcas, atributos, estrategias, tendencias de Mercado y competencia.
    • Conocimiento y dominio de la Política Comercial.
    • Dominio de los sistemas de información de la Compañía.
    • Conocimientos financieros y de manera profunda de P&L.
    • Altas capacidades de liderazgo de personas, Coaching y Gestión del desempeño y Gestión de Equipos
