    PURPOSE & SCOPE OF ROLE:

    The person in this role is responsible strengthening the capabilities of leaders across the global business. The incumbent will work as part of a global team to design and deliver key programs and services consistently across Beam Suntory business lines globally. This person will be focused on developing and using the appropriate team and leadership tools and practices to lead leaders, teams and the organization to drive performance excellence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create, launch, manage, and refine programs for multiple audiences. This role is depended on as the enterprise expert on leadership development strategies, including learning program design, class facilitation, and assessment and coaching.

    This role will report directly to the Sr Director Talent Management and Leadership. There will be strong interdependencies between the leadership development work this person is leading, and other leads of Global Talent areas, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Career Pathing, Talent and Learning Delivery, Engagement, and our Learning Systems.

    The role can be located in Madrid, Singapore, Chicago or New York. Travel in this role will account for approximately 25% of the individual’s time.

    The salary range for this role, based in New York $124,000 to $160,000, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.

    Role Responsibilities

    Duties & ResponsibILITIES:     

    • Build curricula for a range of management and leadership development programs to promote leadership capabilities aligned with Beam Suntory values and behavioral expectations. Monitor, analyze, and report on program key results to support program objectives and ensure initiatives are driving program growth and performance.
    • Oversee and lead talent management priorities including coaching, assessment, leadership competencies, and successor development.
    • Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address key talent trends across the organization.
    • Evaluate, identify and partner with vendors as needed to procure/customize content.
    • Create and drive reinforcement materials, tools, and/or follow up sessions to support adoption of training concepts.
    • Determine and procure content to meet a wide range of development needs throughout the company to support on-demand learning via the Learning Management System.
    • Design and facilitate leadership development and OD-related training materials as needed.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with the Talent and Learning Delivery Leads and respective businesses to ensure programs are implemented and meet their needs and the needs of the business.
    • Partner with HR organization to conduct needs analyses to drive long-term training plans.
    • Support Suntory University programs by managing nomination process, managing communications, and reinforcing learning within Beam Suntory.
    • Assist with developing budget and projections for Talent Development solutions, managing the budget/investments, analyzing ROI and impact against business priorities
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Experience

    KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Management, Leadership/Management or Organizational Development or related field, with 7 years related experience;
    • Experience designing, developing and executing leadership and talent development programs. This includes program metrics and reporting.
    • Knowledge of leadership assessment strategies, coaching methodology, change management, growth mindset, and leadership pipeline models and tools.
    • Facilitation experience in training role facilitating training programs across a variety of locations.
    • Experience conducting needs analysis with business stakeholders and synthesizing information into a clear curriculum.
    • Demonstrated success in program and project management.
    • Experience operating in global organization or demonstrated understanding of cross-cultural differences.
