The following position is open in Clermont, KY., - Special Operations Coordinator

 Perform administrative functions to support our Tourist bottling line and Special Operations.

Role Responsibilities

These are the essential functions of the position but not limited to these activities: 

• Complete SAP transactions for the tourism bottling line
• Complete SAP transactions for Innovations and secondary finishing for key premium brands at Jim Beam and 3rd party manufacturing locations.
• Assist with label sequencing when needed.
• Assist with raw material coordination for bottling line when needed.
• Set up Single Barrel samples for sensory analysis.
• Data management for single barrel samples. Act as the information portal to sales and shipping.
• Issue various reports and metrics
• General filing
• Order office supplies and other materials as needed, complete goods receipts.
• Adheres to and promotes quality, environmental, health and safety as one of the organization’s business priorities.
• Manage form control documents and work instructions.
• Participate in TRACC activities (Jim Beam Continuous Improvement)
• Complete other duties as needed to support tourism bottling line and other Special Operations.

Qualifications & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to access all areas of the plant.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.
• Strong SAP skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment focusing on continuous improvement opportunities.

EDUCATION

Associates Degree preferred
