Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team as a Senior Project Manager to develop goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans. Your team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance, ensuring that safety and sustainability goals are integrated. Your innovative recommendations for high quality work will help ensure customer satisfaction and will support new business development.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of assigned projects or functional areas
Establishes teams and distributes the workload
Serves in a consulting and advisory role as requested on department and/or special projects
Provides counsel, guidance, and assistance in the areas of specialty
Implements strategies meant to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible
Sets and manages project/workstream expectations.
Evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures
Ensures work is completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to internal and external clients and/or project/functional sponsors
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Professional Engineering License or Chartered Engineer Degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant engineering, plus membership of an appropriate professional body.
Experience in leading multi-discipline high performing Project Teams.
Experience in collaboratively working within an integrated cross-functional team.
