    Position summary

    • Responsible for the delivery of projects and work packages as assigned

    • Responsible for the successful delivery of project products by delivery team members: to quality / on time / on budget

    • Responsible for the Management of formal Project Change Control

    • Management of Risks and Issues - both internal and external

    • Responsible for daily/weekly project reporting

    • Chairing project working groups / attending Steering Committees

    • Active project resource tracking and booking

    • Project budget / finance tracking ( e.g. protection of margin / travel budget & expenses tracking)

    Key Deliverables ( actively maintained and managed ):

    • Project Plan

    • Project Resource Plan/Forecast

    • Project Requirements register

    • Project Budget Tracker / Forecast

    • Risk, Issue, Assumption, Decision and Action Log

    • Project Reporting

    • Formal Test Completion Reporting

    • Statement of Acceptance ( SoA ) as an output of go/no go workflow

    Internal :

    ACT Project Execution RPL, ACT Project Delivery Leads, ACT Practice Leads/teams, ACT Program Manager, ACE, ACS, Sales & Sales Eng.

    Client :

    • Sponsor, Program/project manager, client users across all functional areas (PM/Ops/Accounting etc.)

    • Excellent Organizational Skills

    • Creates and maintains strong relationships with internal and external project stakeholders at all levels and can build consensus and positively influence outcomes

    • Strong Communication Skills

    • Excellent Project Delivery methodology knowledge / practical application of formal methodologies

    • Excellent Risk, Issue, Action, Decision and Assumption Management

    • Excellent budget creation, forecasting, maintenance, reporting and management skills

    • Ability to prioritize and manage own activities in the best interests of the organization

    • Experience of working with global colleagues and stakeholders and sensitivity to cultural differences and time zones

    • Logical, structured thought processes and good problem-solving skills

    • Excellent understanding of the Asset Management industry and Alternatives Business - Front to Back Workflows and Datasets

    • Experience of OMS, Trading Platforms, and Market Data
