Associate, Business Manager

in global liquidity assets across multiple currencies and a suite of products that includes Prime and Government Money Market and Ultra-Short Duration Mutual funds and Separate Accounts. We are seeking a dynamic associate who seeks complex challenges to join the Securities Lending and Cash Management Business management team in Gurgaon. The Business Management team ensures the business operates at its potential by strategically growing talent, efficiently overseeing risk, leading our budget, and ensuring strong governance. The candidate will work with the leadership team, in addition to Trading, Portfolio Management, Client, Product and Platform, and key partners which include Finance, Compliance, and Operations.

• Diligent: You have strong attention to detail, are willing to assist wherever needed, including support tasks; you have a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability for self and team

What You Will Need

• Experience: 4-6 years' of related work experience

• Self-starter with high energy, motivation, commitment to excellence and positive approach to business challenges

• Experience coding in Python is preferred but not critical

• Data analysis skills (excel, SQL) are preferred

• Intellectual curiosity in financial markets and an appetite for consistent learning

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships

• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and translate complex issues

• Strong attention to detail, and effective organizational and time management skills
