About the role
We are seeking an individual with exceptionally strong leadership, people and team management skills. This individual should have a strong background in operational processes, exposure to private markets, business process optimization and financial services. This individual will lead efforts around data processing, valuation adjustments and providing high quality service to our clients, leveraging technology and automation to drive scale, alongside disciplined Operations best practices.
Responsibilities
Head teams responsible for portfolio monitoring, data extraction and analysis. Part of leadership overseeing managed data service to 150+ clients, on time and with quality.
The role includes running a seamless operations workflow, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, workforce management and leading client conversations.
Driving adoption of Innovative technologies
Spearheading process improvement framework towards future state of Quarterly Fund Service Managed data service
Create an inclusive environment oriented around trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
A Leader who grows the next set of Leaders in the business, and ability to become a BlackRock Global Citizen
Experience required
University degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
CA, CPA, CFA, CAIA, ACCA, or other accounting/ finance certification(s) strongly preferred
17+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry with good understanding of different types of financial instruments and valuation concepts.
Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals within a short timeframe
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Experience in coaching and leading a team
Excellent communication skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal
