    Position summary

    • Understanding of and research groundbreaking academic developments in AI/ML with NLP/NLU applications in Finance.

    • Conceptualize, design, build and develop solution algorithms bringing to bear previous work experience with Generative AI.

    • Get along with AI Champions within FFI/GA to collect, synthesize, and propose requirements and build effective analytics/text mining roadmap. Conduct look-ahead investment research with focus on supplementing and strengthening the analytics agenda with newer tools and techniques.

    • Lead applied research on a wide array of text analytics and machine learning projects.

    • Work with internal engineering teams to integrate and transform these algorithms into production quality applications.

    • Dedicated and results oriented player/mentor with ability to collaborate optimally across geographies/time zones.

    Would be considered as an advantage 10+ years of hands-on experience and project management experience in data science and machine learning, with a track record of delivering impactful and solutions in a corporate setting.

    • Have an entrepreneurial outlook and be willing to take chances to drive innovation.

    • Lead AI Architect on all technical aspects of solution delivery, including defining the target state architecture of data science/AI solutions.

    • Lead the learning and implementing brand-new AI solutions using the gained shown experience to set standards.

    • Ability to define target state technology architecture and roadmaps.

    • Work with internal teams, such as engineering and product management, to develop and implement AI models that improve user experiences.

    • Drive project and program results, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards while handling complexities and changing requirements.

    • Hard-working and results oriented manager with ability to collaborate effectively across geographies/time zones.
