    Position summary

As this offering grows, the role will also support the implementation of new products, distribution channels/clients, new technology deployments and participate in the development of new enhancements to achieve scale. The candidate will also be expected to synthesize, analyze, and present daily/weekly/monthly metrics to senior management.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of individuals tasked with daily onboarding and servicing of Citi accounts for both the US and APAC/EMEA regions.

    • Collaborate with clients, custodians, and other internal partners to resolve issues.

    • Develop an efficient process to onboard SMA accounts at scale in Aladdin.

    • Deliver superior client experience to clients, including understanding client needs, fielding and responding to client queries.

    • Lead projects to streamline operations, automate processes, and reduce errors.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for account onboarding in Aladdin.

    • Drive continuous development in the Aladdin ecosystem to support all SMA solutions accounts.

    • Set up new custodians, platforms, and interfaces.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • 5-10 years of experience in client service, operations, sales or portfolio management support.

    • Background in client service and account onboarding in Aladdin is required.

    • Track record of managing high performing teams to support operational processes.

    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior management, key clients, and internal/external stakeholders (e.g. Portfolio Managers, Custodians, Brokers).

    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    • Knowledge in Salesforce CRM and SQL is a plus.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and comfort in working closely with clients and colleagues at all levels.

    • Ability to operate/prioritize effectively and adhere to tight deadlines

    • BA/BS or equivalent
