Vice President, Securities Lending Product

The Product team is responsible for the full product development life cycle from developing ideas, advocating for them to prioritising and implementing. In addition to leading Product initiatives for APAC clients, the team also leads initiatives for our US and EMEA client base.

What will you be doing?

• Lead new market research and advocacy initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

• Partner with the Securities Lending trading team on capital and balance sheet efficiency initiatives

• Work with the Securities Lending client team on new client opportunities

• Lead collateral, counterparty and market structure initiatives and perform oversight of junior team members

• Provide thought leadership on the evolution of the Securities Lending market in APAC

• For most initiatives, close partnership with Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Public Policy or other teams will be required

What are we looking for?

• An experienced product manager with strong financing market knowledge

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving

• Project management experience advantageous

• Self-motivated and curious, with a strong work ethic and positive team-orientated outlook

• 5+ years of experience in Securities Lending, Financing or adjacent markets is also advantageous

• Proficiency with Excel and experience in one or more of SQL, Python, VBA, Business Objects is beneficial
