Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in Berkeley and Saint Charles, MO has a number of openings for Assembly Mechanics supporting multiple programs.
Assembly Mechanic encompasses all of the duties of the following job classifications: Inspector Assembly, Sub-Assembly Precision, Mechanic Aircraft Production, Mechanic Electrical and Radio, Sheet Metal Assembler and Riveter.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location option.
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An Interim U.S secret clearance Prestart and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 1+ years assembly experience
• 1+ years of experience with sheet metal assemblies, drilling, countersinking, riveting, and fastener installation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Aircraft assembly experience
Currently hold or have held a security clearance in the past 24 months
A certificate of completion for the Assembly Mechanic program from Florissant Valley Community College is strongly preferred for this position.
