The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Staff Analyst to join the team in an OSHA Recordkeeper role based out of Renton, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists with the review, development and implementation of interpersonal plans
Assists with the analysis of internal and external practices
Prepares and maintains trend analysis reports on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program performance data
Supplies to recommendations for new or revised programs
Assists in the development and coordination of policies, processes and services with internal organizations
Follow the record-keeping process for collecting and maintaining records of occupational injuries and illnesses in accordance with U.S. recordkeeping requirements
Process information received from Disability Management Representatives
Apply OSHA exceptions to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Ensure all time loss and restricted days are recorded in accordance with regulations and internal legal mentorship
Participate in meetings to review injury cases that require further investigation
Apply company recordkeeping system to accurately reflect details of injury, lost/restricted time, etc.
Collaborate with team members to meet annual OSHA Log posting requirements
Other Tasks include: Electronic filing to OSHA, requests from Bureau of Labor Statistic to provide injury data
Stay in sync with records and data management practices
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
1+ years of experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Recordkeeping policies, practices, laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
