The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Engineering Technical Specialist to perform a variety of activities in support of the Weapons Software team’s software engineering efforts located in St. Charles, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
The Weapons Software team is part of the Missiles and Weapons division of Boeing Defense Space & Security and produces operational flight software for multiple direct attack munitions and over-the-horizon cruise missiles.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform physical and information security activities
Track and analyze software security forms
Create and maintain security process documentation
Lead coordination of security verification activities
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. (St. Charles, MO)
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Required Qualifications: (Required Skills/ Experience)
Ability to obtain Interim Secret US Security clearance (pre-start)
Associate’s degree or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel and Word)
Experience working in a team environment in a professional or academic environment
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience)
Security+ certification
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Jira, Git)
Experience with SharePoint or other Wiki tools
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation is available for internal candidates. Relocation opportunity to St. Charles, MO.
