The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Analyst (level to join our Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain team, specifically for the Tubes and Ducts team located in Auburn, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Guides integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans and strategies to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Leads cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques.
• Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers.
• Investigates complex ordering conditions.
• Develops and implements new ordering methodologies.
• Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations.
• Creates complex schedules.
• Develops materials management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
• Identifies, analyzes, develops and implements best practices, processes and procedures for SCM.
• Recommends changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies.
• Leads teams and is responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing and maintaining the improvements they contribute.
• Works under minimal direction.
• This is a First/ Morning shift position. Must be willing and able to work this shift.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Auburn and other locations around the Puget Sound

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with supply chain management or materials management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with supply chain forecasting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
• This position requires some travel. The selected candidate may need to travel to other sites for visits

Desired Qualifications (Preferred Skills/Experience):

• Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Education/Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
