The Opportunity

Insitu Pacfic is currently searching for an experienced Project Administrator to support the team achieve desired outcomes on commercial and defence projects, taking responsibility for a range of administrative functions. The Project Administrator will be required to work with strict confidentiality, discretion and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising and initiating action on incoming and outgoing correspondence to include managing and maintaining a correspondence register.
• Coordinating diary events and appointments; and managing follow-up action for Project Management Specialists.
• Attending customer meetings and telecons as required including taking of notes and compilation of minutes and coordination of follow-up actions.
• Coordinating project review activity and status reporting for recurring project process and progress documentation.

Experience/Qualifications

To be successful in this role:

• Previous experience in an Administrator/ Project Administrator role
• Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to draft and edit documentation and spreadsheets- MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Friendly, cooperative and willing approach to assisting others as needed, and in undertaking routine work as well as special assignments.
• Skill and ability to: collect, organise and summarise data.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, facilitating effective working relationships.
• Australia citizenship to meet Australian Defence security requirements.
