The Boeing Company, is seeking a Learning Offering Program Manager to join our Learning and Development team in Gdansk, Poland.
This is an exciting and challenging position within our Learning and Development team, driving learning initiatives and shaping the future of learning at the company. Your positive attitude, passion for learning, and fresh ideas will help inspire curiosity in our learners across The Boeing Company.
Developing, piloting, and executing on innovative learning and capability development solutions that support L&D priorities
Managing one or more portfolios that support the L&D Ecosystem
Leading project teams, which may include development specialists, subject matter experts, delivery managers, vendors, instructional designers and technical teams to ensure the effective development and delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes
Aligning project teams and stakeholders to implement highly effective and innovative L&D solutions, including digitized content, individualized learning paths, and development in the flow of work
Providing industry expertise to identify, research, and resolve complex problems
Analyze and communicate business requirements to ensure learning solutions are driving business outcomes
Drive implementation and adoption strategies of learning programming with measurable results
Communicate outcomes and results to business stakeholders
Serves as a mentor and coach

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3-5 years demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English language both in written and verbal
Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
3-5 years interfacing and presenting to executive leadership
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Previous experience with learning and development
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
