Boeing Government Security is currently seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to support activities at the Long Bridge facility in Arlington, VA.
Executes Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action. Assists with Government Security Investigations (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
Assists with classified meeting support to include logistics, visits, Business Partner/Program liaison and level setting
Assists with classified document control for incoming and outgoing classified material and courier briefings, and other duties as needed (Fingerprints, metrics, briefings, etc.)
Performs duties and responsibility of the Alternate Communication Security (COMSEC) Custodian for the Long Bridge facility in Arlington and the offsite location in Fairfax, VA
Performs duties and responsibilities of the Alternate Contractor Special Security Officer (ACSSO)
Supports program meetings and other program requirements
Provides oversight of the day to day activities and tasks of the ACSSO
Performs duties and responsibilities of the Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO) and will assist in administering the Security Awareness Training & Education (SATE) Program for collateral programs to ensure security awareness efforts are in place and SATE is appropriately tracked each month
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Project Management experience
Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $78,400 - $112,700
