Boeing is seeking a Project Manager to work directly with our customers implementing Jeppesen flight crew and fleet management software solutions. As the selected candidate, you will successfully manage multiple customer software implementation projects across the Americas through effective planning, scheduling and controlling. Travel is expected, both between company offices globally, as well as to various customer locations.
To best serve our commercial airline and cargo customers, we leverage a geographically and culturally diverse team with varied forms of collaboration, including virtual, hybrid, and on-site work environments. This position is available in any one of the following metropolitan areas:

Position Responsibilities**:**
Schedule Management: Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring: overall project timeline, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths.
Cross Functional Leadership: Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, Boeing and Jeppesen vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support. Facilitation and roll out of PM best practices.
Issue / Risk Management: Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may impact implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions.
Scope: Ensures the project remains focused on key objectives and goals. Develop and manage project expectations ensuring all applicable functional areas in Boeing and Jeppesen are engaged on the project.
Communication Management: Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to internal and external stakeholders in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Change Management: Ensure proper change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2+ years customer / client facing experience
5+ years project management experience
Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)****:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience managing complex technical software implementation projects
Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
Aviation industry expertise, ideally in the area of crew management solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project; Primavera experience a plus

Colorado Summary pay range: $63,000.00–$117,000.00
