Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking a Proposal Content Developer (level 4) for Hazelwood, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Ridley Park, PA or Seattle, WA.
The Proposal Content Developer is a leader and innovator, identifying and championing ways in which Boeing can improve proposal narratives to better communicate solutions. Under the direction of the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Content Developer will take a lead role in responding to our most complex solicitations. The person hired for this role will work closely with the Business Development team, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and Bids & Proposals (B&P) colleagues.
The main job duties involve researching, storyboarding, organizing, and writing proposal sections on a deadline. This includes collaborating with SMEs, conducting interviews, researching and learning new concepts or products, and working with graphic designers to develop and present compelling visual content. The successful candidate will have excellent research skills and the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity.
Position Responsibilities:
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at for Hazelwood, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Ridley Park, PA or Seattle, WA.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
