Jeppesen, A Boeing Company is looking for a Senior HR Services Specialist with German based in Gdańsk, Poland.
The position will be located in Gdansk, in Poland Office. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, the work is done mainly remotely or in hybrid mode.
The HR Services team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual to be involved in a project perfecting the HR operations activities for Germany to align with other European countries to create one shared services working environment based in Poland.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must have people experience along with International experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. The candidate must also have strong communications, and project management skills.

HR Services Specialists serve as the initial point of contact for our employees, interacting with them on a daily basis assisting with a multitude of general HR needs and helping with a standard set of HR service offerings. This position also supports the broader HR community and leaders with transactional and administrative activities. This position requires a professional demeanor, exceptional customer service, a sense of urgency; the ability to organize and prioritize.
The team is currently undergoing significant transformation to move, streamline, simplify, and automate a variety of services and processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
