Boeing's Commercial Airplane (BCA) Human Resources (HR) team has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Senior Human Resources Generalist in Everett, WA.
This HR position is a key member of the BCA HR team supporting Airplane Programs Engineering. This role is responsible for administering and deploying Human Resources programs, policies and processes with integration of HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Relationship management to effectively leverage and build relationships with key stakeholders, initiative, active engagement and operational planning to the organizations strategic plan and priorities is critical for the responsibilities of this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide visible HR presence with our employees to enable real time engagement and solutions
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Build and sustain trusted relationships with leaders, stakeholders, peers, and partners to ensure successful implementation of HR deliverables
Influence the HR priorities including diversity and inclusion, team engagement, talent strategies and retention
Support enterprise Subject Matter Expert in annual union processes, engage directly with business partners to meet requirements, and train participants
Partner with the CoEs (Centers of Excellence) to ensure understanding and alignment of HR policies and programs
Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services, including talent management, corrective active, leadership coaching
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience supporting union populations, specifically familiarity with SPEEA Professional and Technical unit contracts
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders (Directors and VPs)
Experience with Workday, Tableau, Cognos, and ServiceNow; experience running reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on findings
Experience leading project teams and acting as a peer mentor
Experience in a formal and/or informal leadership role
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $76,860 - $142,740
